The award winning Dancer by Gina Competition Team was conceived to educate, empower, and enlighten students who wish to pursue dance in a meaningful manner. Members make a serious commitment and are chosen through summer study based on talent, showmanship, and work ethic.

Known for their unique concepts and high energy, the DBG Competition Teams continue to thrive under the Artistic Direction of Gina Wiley and her fabulous faculty and staff. Members study classical ballet technique, strength and conditioning, Pilates and stretching for improved flexibility, and participate in regional and national events throughout the United States.

The DBG goal is to instruct dance in a positive manner; to create intelligent dancers who are not only technically trained, but creative and passionate about dance! In addition to their extensive training, they also build friendships that last a lifetime! Each year, DBG likes to do one big special performance. In the past, dancers have performed aboard Carnival Royal Carribean Cruise Line, ESPN televised shows, Disney World, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parades in NYC, Cleveland Gladiators Halftime Performance, Cleveland Cavaliers Halftime shows, Kings Island, and cultural exchange dance programs with Talulah Dance Company in Mexico! Dancers also performed for international guests at Iberostar Resorts in Mexico.
